SprayMax 1K Plastics Spray DTP – 400ML is a professional 1K structure paint designed to recreate the textured appearance of original automotive plastic surfaces, particularly on plastic bumpers, trim strips and other plastic components. Its Direct to Plastic (DTP) formulation can be applied directly to suitable plastic surfaces without requiring a separate plastic adhesion promoter, making it a quick and convenient solution for automotive refinishing and repairs. Available in dark grey, dark anthracite and black, it provides excellent adhesion, fast drying and can be overcoated with conventional 1K basecoats and 2K topcoat systems.

How to Use
Prepare the plastic surface thoroughly, ensuring it is clean, dry and free from grease, dust and other contaminants. Shake the can thoroughly before application and spray 2–3 coats, allowing approximately 5–10 minutes flash-off time between coats. Adjust the application technique and spray distance to achieve the desired texture. Allow the coating to dry fully before applying compatible topcoats.
