By purchasing products and interacting with the Alfreshco website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
For the purpose of these Terms of Service, you are considered an Alfreshco Trade Customer if we have verbally approved you as a reseller, hold your company name and address on file and you see a clear trade message on the homepage when logged in to your account. If you do not have a prior verbal reseller agreement, we do not hold your company details and you do not see the trade message on the homepage when logged in to your account, you are considered a Direct to Consumer Customer.
Terms of Service for Alfreshco Direct to Consumer Customers
Eligibility to Purchase
Alfreshco exclusively serves customer addresses within the United Kingdom. In addition to this, Alfreshco exclusively serves aerosol paint only to customers who are of sixteen years of age or older. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are placing your order to an address within the United Kingdom, you are at least sixteen years of age or older and you agree not to resell your purchased Alfreshco products via a trade shop, distributor or online marketplace unless you have a prior written agreement with Alfreshco to do so.
Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are listed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is required upfront for all orders unless a purchase order agreement has been made. If payment is not made in full and you haven’t placed a purchase order then your goods will not be dispatched. Customers using purchase orders must settle payment within the agreed timeframe, and this facility is only available by prior agreement with Alfreshco. Failure to meet payment terms may result in suspension of future orders, application of interest charges or additional restocking and handling charges.
Product Availability
All products offered for sale are brand new unless otherwise stated. Alfreshco operates a real-time stock system, and items shown as available for purchase on the website are indicated as in stock. While every effort is made to ensure stock information is accurate at the time of order, there may be rare occasions where a product is listed as in stock but is in fact unavailable due to a system error or an administration error. In such cases, Alfreshco will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to offer a suitable alternative, place the item on backorder or issue a full refund. Alfreshco shall not be liable for any loss, delay or inconvenience arising from such stock discrepancies or cancellations.
Order Processing and Delivery
If the order is fully paid and received by Alfreshco before 2pm on a working weekday, the delivery timeframe shall commence on the same day. Where an order is received after 2pm, or on a day that is not a working weekday, the delivery timeframe shall commence on the next working weekday. For the purposes of these Terms of Service, a working weekday is defined as any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales. Alfreshco strives to process all orders promptly. Alfreshco does not accept responsibility for delays caused by external factors, such as courier disruptions or adverse weather conditions. Alfreshco delivers only within the United Kingdom and does not offer international shipments.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
Any pricing or business-sensitive information shared by Alfreshco must remain confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties. Alfreshco retains all rights to its logos, trademarks and marketing materials and unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
Warranties and Liability
Alfreshco and its employees make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and accept no legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product or process disclosed. Information on the website is provided for general purposes only and may be subject to change without notice. Alfreshco is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury or death, arising from the use or misuse of products or information on the website. Every effort is made to keep the website operational, but Alfreshco accepts no responsibility for temporary unavailability due to technical issues beyond its control.
Force Majeure
Alfreshco shall not be liable for delays or failures to fulfil obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or transportation disruptions.
Termination of Service
Alfreshco reserves the right to refuse, cancel or delay any order at its sole discretion, particularly where there is a breach of these Terms of Service or a failure to meet payment obligations. In addition, Alfreshco may decline to process an order if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, attempted fraud or misuse of the website. This includes situations where the customer is identified, either directly or through automated fraud prevention tools, as having previously engaged in fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse. Alfreshco uses a combination of manual checks and automated technologies, including fraud detection systems, to assess transactional risk and protect against unauthorised or unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to our services without notice where fraud is suspected.
Compliance with UK Law
By using the Alfreshco website and purchasing products, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of England and Wales. This includes, but is not limited to, laws relating to the purchase, receipt, use and disposal of goods.
Product Colours and Effects
Alfreshco takes reasonable care to ensure that product colours, finishes and effects are shown accurately on the website. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution, device settings or browser technology. These minor differences do not constitute a fault or misdescription under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a customer believes there is a noticeable or material difference between the product received and how it was described or depicted, and that the difference cannot reasonably be explained by digital display variation, Alfreshco will review the matter in line with its returns policy and, where appropriate, offer a suitable remedy in accordance with the customer’s statutory rights. If exact colour matching is essential, customers are advised to consult a physical reference or request further information before placing an order.

Alfreshco reserves the right to update, modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Alfreshco website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates. Customer Obligations
Products purchased from Alfreshco must not be resold to other trade shops, distributors, or businesses, unless you have a prior agreement with Alfreshco. Products may only be used or sold for their intended purposes.
