SprayMax 1K DTP Structure Plastic Paint – 400ML is a professional structure paint designed to recreate the textured appearance of original automotive plastic surfaces. Particularly suited to plastic bumpers, trim strips and other plastic components, its Direct to Plastic (DTP) formulation allows it to be applied directly to suitable plastic surfaces without requiring a separate plastic adhesion promoter. It provides excellent adhesion, fast drying and the ability to create different levels of textured finish depending on application technique.

How to Use
Ensure the plastic surface is clean, dry and properly prepared before application. Suitable substrates include cleaned and sanded plastics such as PP, PP/EPDM, PC, PS, PVC and ABS. Apply 2–3 spray passes, allowing approximately 5–10 minutes flash-off time at 20°C between coats. Adjust your spraying technique to achieve the desired texture. The coating is dust dry in approximately 16 minutes, touch dry in around 30 minutes and fully cured after approximately 24 hours.
