How to Use
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including gloves, goggles and a respiratory mask before use. Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes once the mixing balls are heard. Remove the red activation button from the cap and attach it to the pin located on the base of the can. Place the can upright on a firm surface and press down firmly once to activate the hardener. Shake again thoroughly for 2 minutes after activation. Test spray before full application to ensure compatibility with the substrate and colour system. Spray from a distance of 15–20 centimetres using 1–2 even coats with approximately 5 minutes flash-off time between coats. Optimum application conditions are between 18–25°C with relative humidity between 40–60%. The coating becomes dust dry after approximately 12 minutes, touch dry after 80 minutes and fully cured after 12 hours at 20°C. The surface is ready for polishing after approximately 24 hours. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for 3–5 seconds to clean the valve. Once activated, the product has a pot life of approximately 48 hours depending on ambient temperature.
