When can I expect my order to be delivered?

All the discounts we offer are already visible on our website. These include benefits such as free delivery on orders over £75 and bulk discounts if you buy larger quantities of cans.

What should I do if I have a faulty product?

If you have received a faulty product, please reach out to our customer support immediately. We ask you provide details about the issue, include photos of the faulty item and the batch number on the underside of the can and also quote your order number.

While we don't offer colour matching services based off codes or images we would be happy to assist you in selecting the best spray paint options for your project. Simply provide us with details about what you're working on, and we'll offer tailored recommendations to suit your needs.

Can I visit your shop?

Unfortunately, our shop is no longer open. However, we now offer a
convenient pickup service from our warehouse in Cambridge (CB23 2TZ) at no extra cost.

How do I book the train?

To book the train, please send us an email with the desired time and
date, along with the number of people in your party. We'll promptly
assist you with your booking.

Can I pay for my order over the phone?

Unfortunately we're unable to accept payments over the phone. However, you can easily make payments through our website.
