How to Use

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oils, or rust before applying. Shake the can thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, and remove the safety ring from the nozzle before use. Apply a base coat of Montana Gold or Montana White, allowing it to dry for at least 45 minutes, but no longer than 24 hours. Once the base coat has dried, apply the Crackle Effect spray in cross-coating motions (left to right, then up and down) for the best results. The crackling effect will begin to reveal itself as the paint dries. For more intense crackling, apply a second layer after 5 minutes. Once fully dry (24 hours), you can top-coat with Montana Gold, Black, White, or Acrylic markers. If using on polystyrene, pre-priming with Montana Styrofoam Primer is recommended. Always test on a small, inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility.
